Version of 09.10.2026.
For questions regarding its content, please contact hello@erseni.com.
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts about the Erseni Hub platform between Erseni Ltd, Larnaca, Cyprus (the "Provider"), and its customers (the "Customer").
The offer is aimed exclusively at businesses that conclude the contract in the course of their trade, business or profession. The Provider does not conclude contracts about Erseni Hub with consumers.
Deviating or additional terms of the Customer only become part of the contract if the Provider expressly agrees to them in text form.
The Provider sets up a website for the Customer's business, provides it under an address of the platform or under a domain of the Customer and operates it technically, including hosting, security updates and backups.
The Customer books additional features such as the contact form as modules in the customer area. A booked module appears on the website right away, a cancelled one disappears again.
The set-up includes up to 2 rounds of corrections. The Provider implements further change requests by arrangement and against separate payment.
The Provider aims for the website to be available without interruption but does not owe any particular availability. Where possible, maintenance takes place at times of low usage.
The Customer enters and maintains the content of the website, in particular texts, photos, menu and opening hours, in the customer area. On request the Provider enters the content supplied by the Customer once (Content Setup); if the content is available in one language only, the Provider creates the second language version with AI-assisted translation, which the Customer reviews before publication.
By registering, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The contract is concluded when the Provider sets up the Customer's business on the platform and confirms this to the Customer.
The first 30 days after the set-up are free of charge. If the Customer cancels within this period, no costs arise.
The prices agreed when the contract is concluded apply. Unless agreed otherwise, the set-up costs 450 EUR once, running the website costs 40 EUR per month and the optional Content Setup costs 100 EUR once; booked modules cost the monthly price shown in the customer area.
All prices are gross prices and include the value added tax of the Republic of Cyprus at the statutory rate, currently 19 percent.
The set-up and a booked Content Setup are invoiced after the trial period, the monthly fees monthly in advance. Invoices are due on receipt.
The Customer supplies the content of the website, keeps texts, photos, menu and opening hours up to date and maintains the master data in the customer area, in particular the details for the imprint and the privacy policy. If the company or the e-mail address is missing, the website shows neither an imprint nor a privacy policy; the Customer is responsible for the consequences.
The Customer ensures that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable law. The Customer indemnifies the Provider against claims of third parties that are based on the Customer's content.
The Customer keeps the access details secret and informs the Provider without delay if misuse is suspected.
The Customer's content remains the Customer's. For the term of the contract, the Customer grants the Provider the rights needed to provide the website.
Design, program code and templates of the platform remain with the Provider. For individually designed websites the agreement made for them applies.
The Customer is the controller for the website under data protection law. The Provider processes the personal data of the website as a processor under the data processing agreement, which the Customer can view and print in the customer area. The data processing agreement is part of this contract.
The contract runs for an indefinite period. Either party can cancel it at any time without giving reasons, the Customer in the customer area or by e-mail.
A cancellation received by the 15th of a month takes effect at the end of that month, a later one at the end of the following month; receipt is determined in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The contract ends at that time. Until the end of the contract the website stays online and the Customer can withdraw the cancellation in the customer area; after the end of the contract it can no longer be withdrawn. When the contract ends, the Provider takes the website offline: a domain owned by the Customer remains with the Customer and is only disconnected from the platform, a subdomain of the platform is deactivated. 30 days after the end of the contract the Provider deletes the website with all data of the business, the access to the business and the generated files for good. Until then the Customer can request a copy of its data.
Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
Fees are charged until the end of the contract. No fees are charged for the time after the end of the contract.
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage from injury to life, body or health.
In case of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and at most to the fees of the last twelve months.
For the loss of data the Provider is only liable up to the effort needed to restore it from the latest backup.
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Larnaca, Cyprus.
These terms are available in German, English and Greek. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version prevails.
The Provider notifies the Customer of changes to these terms by e-mail at least six weeks before they take effect. If the Customer does not object before they take effect, they are deemed accepted; the Provider points this out in the notification. If the Customer objects, the previous version continues to apply.
Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.
